At this Bible Study you will learn about:
Who God is from a Christian Prospective as we learn about who Jesus Christ is.  Learn about the idiom "Born Again" Christian
We will have a special short lesson to talk about the differences between American Culture and Christianity before the Bible Study.
Learn about your rights as a Tenant.  You need to come to this even if you have signed a lease!  Maureen will put together a lesson as follows:
Landlord tenant law of Ohio
What is illegal in a lease
Protecting your deposit by protecting the apartment
Damage to the apartment documentation.
We will see a drama after the Bible Study to understand "Born Again" Christian.

Information about the home 
1900 history:

Our house was built during the Victorian Era with the architecture style
called Queen Ann. Queen Ann houses are the most complex and detailed with
towers called turrets, large front porches that wrap around the house, a
porch/balcony on all 3 floors, several building materials: brick, stone,
wood and stucco. The house would have kept a family plus servants with a
horse coach house outback.


Inside: There are two stairwells, one for the family and a hidden stairs
for the servants. The servants avoided the front living space when
possible.

There are 3 floors and a stone basement. The basement was furnished for the
women servants: cook and maids with fire places, bathroom and kitchen. The
1st floor was for entertaining. The second floor would be bedrooms for the
adult owners. The third floor, would be bed rooms for the servants and teen
age children. The house would have been heated by the fire places and a coal
furnace. Furniture was placed away from the walls into the center of the
room. This was needed as the not-insinuated walls would feel cold.

1st floor layout: The front entrance hallway is pictured with Bill and I.
The room with the turret (tower round windows) would have been the parlor
used for music and welcoming guests. Single women would have met their
boyfriend in the parlor. Our TV room would have been the formal dining room
with a hidden hall way to the kitchen for the servants to bring food. Our
dining room would have been the men's only library, smoke room and office.

Please note:  We are also having a Furniture sale that day at the same place which is open just to new students.  Because they have so many furniture needs and our volume is small, please just participate in just the bed sale portion.

On September 11th,  we will  have one of the Bed Stores come and bring samples of the following for you to try.  By registering, you are not obligated to buy.
But if you can register at this link   http://creator.zoho.com/mailtorachna/trip_registration/form-perma/Trip_registration/��   Select the Bed Style that you are interested in.  In the trip idea  box please mention the size.  Twin (single), Full, Queen, or King.  Married Couples will probably want Queen.  King may not fit in every apartment building.  If you register, he will try to have it in stock and perhaps deliver on at about the 13th.  If he doesn't have it in stock, it may be about the 19th.  There will be a small fee for delivery based upon the number of beds sold.  It shouldn't be too much though. (Between 5-20???)
Warranties include:  If a spring should come loose or the side of a mattress caves in or a 1-1/2" dip or larger develops in the mattress.  Full replacement in the first year of the warranty, then the warranty is prorated for future years (based on age).  We rarely have any issues, but if there is a problem, we will take care of it at our store.
Pillow Tops  - Pillow Tops give extra cushion for comfort.
